For clients with limited mobility or those in remote locations, our mobile service can bring the therapy directly to your chosen location. Our goal is to ensure that you receive the care you need, on your terms, without the stress of traveling long distances.

As an NDIS registered provider, we are proud to offer comprehensive support to eligible participants. We aim to provide individual therapy services to help you work toward your NDIS goals, whether you need assistance with physical health, daily living, or overall independence. Our services will be delivered in accordance with NDIS guidelines to ensure you receive a quality service.
How We Work with NDIS: Xtremecare will delivery services in accordance with NDIS guidelines to ensure you receive a quality service. We will liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure goals are met and complete any necessary reporting requirements by the NDIS (if within funded supports).
Your NDIS Funding: Allied Health services are typically funded under the ‘Improved Daily Living’ category in your NDIS plan. If you do not see this category in your plan please contact our friendly team to discuss further.
